Kristine Phillips Evertz is an Associate at Summit Strategies. As the most recent addition to the Summit Strategies team, Kristine adds considerable lobbying depth to Summit’s growing Portland office.

Ms. Evertz began a legislative career in the Oregon State House in 1999 and has held increasingly senior legislative positions in the private sector, most recently serving as a Government Relations Representative for Knowledge Universe, coordinating grassroots and direct lobbying in 17 western states on child care and early childhood education issues. Ms. Evertz’s professional portfolio will focus primarily on the Oregon state legislature and lobbying of the executive branch of state government.
